We’ll trying something new. Had some skinless boneless chicken breasts. One just rubbed with SPG and some EVOO garlic for Cinco de Mayo fajitas tomorrow and two sliced and stuffed with Swiss cheese and ham. Tied with butcher string. Going to go at 350 for about 25-30 minutes and see.
