Here I am cooking my favorite dessert on Sunday night when I remembered there was a throwdown for just such a thing as this.
It's a simple and delicious way to end a BBQ feast.
I decided this time to cook them in my Camp Chef dutch oven.
Peaches are pitted and dusted with cinnamon sugar.
The cheesecake mix is scooped into the peach halves.
And the heat is applied.
350 for 30 minutes.
Then some caramel sauce and chopped pecans. :thumb:
