Winds are whipping. Dug into freezer located a pound of brisket and just under a pound of Tri Tip. Sauté baby bells purple onion and dropped in about a half cup of Brahms pico. Once that looked right added smoked garlic. A little of this a pinch of that and a package of Williams. Chicken stock. After this simmered a while I took the stick blender to about half the pot.
