Too bad I didn't know about this before Mother's Day... and the hubby already got a new chain saw for his advance Father's Day gift.

I like the fact you can leave half off, I use the firebrick method for doing long cooks on the kettle for brisket or butts. That open space is easy access to add wood/coal. Also like the pic...you can have taters, onions down by the coals and easy access to grab w/out removing the entire grate....kinda cool.
