Brisket Warmer ??

The dial on my older model 18 Qt. Nesco Roaster starts at 200°, but there is a long way to the 6:00 position which is off. I can't say if the current models have a similar rheostat. Hamilton Beach has a 24 Qt Roaster and they advertise that it can be used as a warmer.

It says 150° - 450° but looks to go lower by the dial.

It was the last one in town! :shock:

That’s the one I have as well - can easily dial it in between 145 and 150

Can also go lower if needed -

I start with the knob pointed to the bigger dot in the Keep Warm
