Blackened Snapper Tacos...Olé!

Caught these grey snapper on an outing with the kiddos. This is a regular meal in our family. Goes together and cooks quickly and easy enough. Snapper gets oiled and seasoned with Chef Paul’s Blackening seasoning, grilled and brushed with garlic butter. Threw some shrimp in the mix to up the protein. Grilled corn tortillas and topped with slaw, my wife’s special crema (mayo, sour cream, Siracha and lime), onion, cilantro, fresh jalapeño and queso blanco. Quick yellow rice and beans. On to the PRON....
