Berkshire Pork Tenderloin from Wild Fork Foods, seasoned with Naturiffic Gingery Orange sea salt and marinated with peach preserves.

Actually, I'd inhale that! Looks great John, nice balance of pork, seasoning, and green healthy stuff.
 
good looking food. Pork loin is a blank flavor canvas and you created a Bob Ross PBS special. I gotta wipe up the drooling before it ruins my keyboard
 
I love that grilled water melon salad idea.....for a great summer side dish.

Pork looks good too.
