We are sort of half of this production. We are buying, prepping, cooking and serving the food.

Everything else (and I mean EVERYTHING) is being overseen by our partner, Jennifer. She's doing an amazing job. Seriously. She has beer sponsors, tents, bands, decorations, bagpipers, etc.

She's working on media and already has a bunch of great coverage. I'll remind her about The Today Show. Thanks.

I'm POSITIVE my uniform won't fit :tsk: But I'll volunteer if needed. It's worth losing a day at work for this event and to actually meet some of the great people from this forum! After I follow Toymaster through the tent that is.....

We're at $6200!! holy crap.. Amazing how everyone comes together for our vets. This is allowing us to extend our service 2-3 hours with appetizers for the guest veterans coming in for the parade of ships and will cover adding sausage and hanger steaks for the main service. Were setting up a PBC carving station and will have tray service for appetizers.. theres also 100 patriot guard riders coming down to form a receiving line for our honored guests as they disembark, the Port Authority of New York Pipe and Drum and American Bombshells are also confirmed.

The event just gets bigger every day.. So proud and excited to be a part of it. Thanks to all that are helping us to make it what it is.
