Bacon Pesto Grilled Cheese

[BBQ Bacon]

Time to kick up the drab grilled cheese. Cooked up some bacon, spread pesto on the inside, then cheese bacon cheese and mayo on the outside. Read that mayo is a nice change on the outside of grilled cheese but to me I didn't really see the difference between that and butter.

Served with fries cooked in bacon fat.
