Baby Backs

Cooked three racks Saturday. Put the rub on Friday night and put them on Traeger around 10:AM. Low and slow for around 5 hours. Turned out pretty darned good.
Had my son and family over and the hoard attacked them before I could get good pics. We saved one rack back for my wife's parents (82 and 89) so I got a pic this morning when I delivered them.

Also did some baked beans. Lots of bacon makes everything better. Also put a little bacon grease in the mix too. Then in the oven at 350 for about an hour.

I've always known that when the chips were down, college rivalries are set aside and others step up. The first example was when the bonfire fell, UT students were on the scene in short order to help/support. There have probably been others, just don't remember. Now, here again with BBQ!
