4ever3 recommended and Melinda didn't disappoint. Marinated wings in OJ and a tablespoon of Montreal Steak for 4 hours. Flame grilled on pellet cooker. Coated with Stubb's Sweet Heat and Melinda's Thai Sweet Chili Sauce. Then under broiler a couple of minutes to get some crispy edges.
Bride ate 5. She loves the stuff. I agree. Good.

I'm on vacation this coming week and I don't think my wife would mind if Melinda and I had a little rendezvous. I think sweet chili is my favorite sauce for chicken! Thanks for keeping me inspired.
 
dear lawd! I would put a hurtin' on a big platter of those. I'm going to have to look locally for Melinda's, I don't think I've seen it around here. Mae Ploy is the big name for sweet chili sauce around here.
 
If you check Melinda's web site it says what retail outlets carry them. My local Stop & Shop has them.
