I am doing a Habitat for Humanity fundraiser at work this Thursday. I already pre cooked 8 butts for it and are in the freezer.
On Friday, when looking at the sign up sheet I realized this is getting bigger than I had planned for so 2 more butts are needed.
I lent my Shirley to Brethren pgn for a cook so all I had was my kettle.
I put my home made roto ring on and cooked the butts at 250-275 using the snake method, which I have done in the past but not a whole lot on this setup.
But it worked fine and got the job done. I know I could have done them without the roto ring, but I wanted to keep them away from the fire
