Comp cooks can be great at what they do, but that mountain needs to be at the opposite end of the range from the "other guys".

In any case, he’d be on my personal Rushmore for helping turn my interest into a passion. Spent lots of time reading his stuff. I’m sure some of it is sketchy but great topics worth exploring for someone just trying to take the next step.
