I use to carry the flat blocks in my camper until I discovered these. They work awesome! If you have tandem axle you need them under both tires on that side.

To your question.. Are you looking to actually pick the trailer off ground or just stabilize it??

Yes, exactly.

Stabilizer jacks are not designed to carry any sideload. When you attempt to lift the trailer and the wheels break contact with the ground there is a high probability of sideload existing and the stabilizer will collapse from that side load.

Use some kind of Jack rather than a stabilizer. A boll let jack and 4 jack stands would be very safe and simple.

That's what I use to level side-to-side. As long as you don't need to level more than 4" or so, they work great.

That's probably the case. The problem with welding anything is that it's an aluminum skinned trailer, so welding isn't really an option.

Sounds like jack stands it is then...

I would never try and use any jack to level my trailers if the wheels were off the ground unless I'm changing a tire... You run the trailer up on blocks (I use 1 or 2 8' 2x6's) and then you can adjust from there.

If I could figure out a way to weld the pipe to the trailer, do ya'll think this would work as a leveler?

Yes it would work... But the pipe sleeve/ collar will still have to be welded on.... I can get the same Jack for half thT price... Not sure what the Shipping would be...

That Jack is way more than you would need... The smaller one I posted yesterday is plenty big enough.....

OK, cool. I'll check out the one on Ebay. What I'm thinking might work is to weld the sleeve to the bottom of the frame, and then slide the jack into it. I need to check on clearances though, I don't know if the trailer is high enough to fit the jack if it's mounted like that.

If you decide to go the route with the jacks I can get let me know it will take a week I can get them and send them to you... The ones I am referring to will work.. They are fairly short.

Can you not use these and then your stabilizers cpw?

I use them on my 43' fifth wheel camper. I use when I get to site and also back at home. I LOVE them... Super easy and quick. Less wood to carry. Now I just carry 1 2x8 just incase the 4" isn't enough. If I'm in a site that is that un level then I'm moving. It truly is as easy as the video. Level on front so when look in mirror you can see it. One man setup
