I did two turkeys yesterday. Here is one in the PBC and one out

Pardon my lousy pictures. Also, did an 8lb brisket, 40 pieces of chicken thighs & legs and two salamis and sausage (those done in the Weber).
 
Great looking turkey Bob. Loos like a beautiful day in Texas. I'm with ya. Here's the view from where I'm sittin. 9lb Butt.

Good job Bob! I will be smoking a 13lb turkey on Wednesday on my PBC. Happy Thanksgiving to all from St. Louis. Keep us in your thoughts and prayers over the next few days.
 
Rob its a good good thing you got outta dodge dude! is been blowing something stupid over here. i tried seasoning sparky on Sunday morning, **** forget it. Have fun my man!!

We got some wind up here too. And some cold temps. Was in low 20's last night. That was all the pron I was able to get. Darkness fell upon us and we ate like Kings around the campfire. Or maybe it was more like a starved group of Javelinas tearing up plate after plate. The Javelinas looked at us and said, "Fark, those people are pigs!":-D
We had chile con queso, rolls, green bean casserole, pumpkin pie, fruit salad, taters, gravy, and the turkey was the bomb. That creole seasoning was perfect.
