whenever i make fried rice from fresh rice it turns into mush, yours looks great! any secrets? I usually use day old rice for fried rice?

How did you prepare the asparagus before grilling -- oil, lemon juice, or seasonings?
You never fail to impress, cowgirl. This looks amazingly delicious.
The recipe is called Chinese BBQ Pork, got it from my mom years ago. She used whole pork butts and an oven but I like the grilled version better.
