Did a whole money muscle on Libby yesterday. Set-up the rotisserie slathered the meat in Amore Brand Dijon Mustard, this stuff is nice and hot like Chinese mustard.





Found this in the yard buried in debris



Helped light the pit for the Brethren



Went back to tend to my own business.



Sliced up after a 20 minute rest



Plated with pan roasted paprika spuds and sautéed endives and a mustard creame sauce.

I love endives Thalia's dad used to grow them in Tesenderlo. White asparagus is plentiful as well as salsify. My favorite is the Endives wrapped in ham in Bechemel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
