Hoping it's magic! Never used the jalapeño salt before so hoping it imparts a bit of heat and spice. :-D
 
Beautiful! I've only done one so far this year, but I was driven to it after ordering brisket in a bbq joint that raved about theirs. What a disappointment! Living vicariously through you right now, brother! :thumb:

Haven't done a brisket on my PBC yet. When did you paper it ? then back on the grill ... until tender ? thx
