I have been wanting to get a 22.5 Weber to do steaks etc on and to use the lid for my UDS. This one was local and guy was asking 49 for it and said it needed a new grill grate. I offered 20 and we agreed on 25. It is in decent shape. I took the grate off my UDS for tonight so I can do some steaks.

Good score. I usually replace the grates on my CL kettles anyway.

Awesome. Got my 22.5 OTG a couple weeks ago for $15, but would've gladly payed 25.

Saw a Weber 6 burner summit on cl two days ago for $85  too soon and too big to sneak that one past the wife though.

Nice score. You know that you can easily (and cheaply) add an ash catcher and turn that into a One Touch Gold if you want.

It gives you a container to catch the ash instead of it falling/blowing all over the place, and gives some benefits in a windy situation. Allows better air control this way.

Blessings,

Omar

Yep yep. You get this:

The 2nd pic doesn't look all that bad, but consider a blowing breeze as well as those coals/ash being hot instead of cold as they are in the pic.
