1/2# Green Chili Breakfast Sausage
1# crumbled grilled CAB sirloin (yesterday’s)
3/4# smoked chopped brisket
1ABT (yesterday’s)
Liquified a tad with Dead Guy Ale(no much)
Seasoned with Bad A** Sh@t

Layered in dish with street tacos, Tillamook Cheddar-Sour cream and Hatch Green Chile Enchilada Sauce.

350* in oven till bubbly. Topped with more Tillamook and Black Olive at end

I'm with Bob on the Mexican crema, it's good stuff.
