FYI- The reason that taquerias (mexican taco joints) use 2 corn tortillas is because of only tortilla would easily break and all the goodies would fall out. A double corn tortilla gives strength to the taco.

Thanks. The marinade isn't that bad. I found the peppers dried at my local grocery store and everything else is pretty common. Prep is key.
