Last Saturday we did 40 racks of ribs for the Vietnam Veterans of America. Ribs were a bit overdone and we should have pulled them a earlier. We kicked up temp at the end to 300 due to the backed down the turn in time by 30 minutes, then they came around later than we expected due to judges being late. Anyway we had a blast and helped raised some money for a great cause. This is on a 24x60 Shirley. Cooker was super efficient and not too bad with hot spots. We rotated the grates from top to bottom and it worked pretty well. Thanks for looking!

WOW! You Guy Kick Azz! And that's one heck of a Crew you have there! Way to Roll for the Vet's!

Really great that you guys were able to do this. Love that the kids are learning to show appreciation for our veterans.
