After over a year of debating, I have finally pulled the trigger and ordered my very first smoker. After speaking with Robin & Jeff over at C&C I felt very confident in my decision to go with the Assassin 28. Now to fun begins!!
Get to learn all about types of charcoal, wood, meats, rubs, brines.... NOOBIE 101
