I got stuck at the house this morning with a sick kid. Jeep doesn't have backseat in it and I'm out of groceries..... So rib time!!! Fired up the PBC, got a rack of baby backs ready to go with Amazing Ribs Memphis Dust, and a few hours later I'm eating the goodness.....

Only the third time I've done ribs, first time with baby backs due to a recent BOGO sale at Kroger. Turned out pretty darn great. I envisioned snacking on half the rack, but it's all gone now. Need to work on the photography skills.

Your pics aren't too bad.That on a nice plate or background would be all you need.

Thanks!!! When I get something really good I'll have to break out the DSLR to really make them pop.
