A rare breakfast post.

I had some leftover pork butt from last nights dinner(http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=207264). So I made up some Smoked Pork Hash and eggs for breakfast.

Formed that into patties and fried,

I used about a teaspoon-teaspoon and a half of flour.

Thanks Jeanie, George. I'm really surprised I don't have more pics to post, I too, love breakfast food, but for some reason don't eat it that often. And I take that as high praise coming from the "Tractor Rim Chef"
