Some of y'all might know me already...I've been grillin meat all my life and smoking for at least a dozen years now...I've been through many grills and smokers through the decades...ALL of them fired with charcoal and/or wood...Not that I have a problem with electric or gas, its just not for me...Most recently I scored a very old OK Joe Longhorn at a garage sale...Some custom built grates and some tuning plates and its better than it was new...That and a couple of 22.5" Weber OTGs and I can cook just about anything I want...I love using my cast iron pans on my grills...My wife likes it that way because I make too much mess when cooking in the house :blabla::blabla: I'll try to post some pics soon so y'all don't think I'm fulla chit...Still trying to navigate the new site...Plenty to learn and hopefully a few ideas to share along the way...
