That rub was stupendous on that Double R Ranch cowboy chop. I was VERY tempted to use it on the Porterhouse I cooked last night, but wanted to give it a rest, as we've used it on the last 6 steaks we've cooked. I plan to order a large canister shortly!

Looking FW to see how you use it on one of your upcoming WSM cooks since you don't have a proper flowerpot cooker.
