Yeah the teams outside are making it slow to come back to temp, but its getting there.... won't be opening the lid too often today :)
 
Was around 42 or so here yesterday when I cooked - that's cold enough for me -
 
Yeah buddy Ribeye.... now if i could just figure out a way to stream video from inside of the drum :p

Connects to my wifi... sends me text alerts based upon temps and such.... and as an extra you can build a servo damper (on my list of to do's actually)

they are a diy kit similar to a guru, or such.....

I built mine in the course of about 3 hours with what i would call sub par soldering skills :) haven't done anything like that in years but it was fun i will say.....

I am obviously does with my ribs for the evening but an letting the coals burn out as i want to know how long the basket of coals will run......
