Thermapen Customer Service

I have to say I am extremely impressed by their customer service. I sent my Super Fast Thermapen out to them for service. They got it yesterday and it is on its way back to me, fixed for free under warranty.
Will I buy from them again...YEP!

(Mine was switching from Fahrenheit to Centigrade on its own when it wanted to)

I agree that they are a class act.I Emailed them about a problem with one of their less expensive units. They suggested removing the battery to reset the unit. I Emailed them back that it still did not work. They replied that they had looked up my order, and were shipping me a replacement.

Agree, they are top notch.

They had shipped me the wrong model a couple months ago, and they fedexed overnight the correct one for me. That's what I call service.
