My first Pastrami

Did my first pastrami over this last weekend.
Turned out pretty good I thought. It was a little salty still but not bad.
Going to definitely do this again.

Nice. Try putting the corned beef in water for 12-24 hrs and change water frequently. I use Thirdeye’s recipe from his blog. Always turns out great
