Been probably a month or more since I smoked anything. House has been on the market so we had to keep everything spotless and have been eating out for almost every meal. Turned out decent. started at 275 for a couple hours on the ribs, chicken was on maybe an hour at 300-325, then the sausage went on to heat through. almost everything is packed up, so I grabbed a small bottle of Hog Waller at the grocery store that went on both.
