Just got them today and I think i'll really like them. I got 3 sets of two and will most likely order more.


Some seasonings I have don't shake out of the smaller holes (my Jamaican spices) and this won't be a problem, it seals very well too.

I'd shake from the side of it just so you don't get some rub trapped in the lip where your finger hole goes though.
 
I buy a few of my spices in the large 1 qt shaker containers. I just re-use those for my rubs. They have decent shaker tops. They don't seal great, but hold up pretty good and haven't had any issues with them so far.
 
Was in our local TSC the other day and they had some of those small jars with those Ball lids. Since they were discounted picked up a pack. Thought they worked decent and they also fit some of my bigger jars too
