Our new TD category is...

"On a Budget"

As chosen by Charred Apron for winning the "Ribs" Throwdown.

CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - READ BEFORE ENTERING

You may submit entries that are cooked from Friday 10/31 through the entry submission deadline of 12 p.m. Central US Time on Monday 11/10/14.

Just say that you accidentally looked at the 11.39# weight on the Gold Wagyu Brisket and thought it was the price...maybe the mods will go easy on you and not give you a Dilly Bar! :rofl:

If you look through the previous 2012 "On a Budget" TD, most folks figured $15 for the cook, whether for 1 or for more.

Thanks. I can see where this might be a little difficult when you consider "items on hand", and no, not talking the freezer full of meats, but the little things you use to make / go with it.

I'll have to ponder this...
