I have a small bone-in 6.7lb butt defrosting for the weekend
Considering spinning it on the rotisserie using the 22"WSM with no waterpan and the CB reversible roti ring...
Has anyone tried this before?
My biggest fear is the dang thing'll fall apart before I get it off.

I tried one once, it did fall apart and got off center lol..Need something to wrap around it in order to keep it together and keep it centered on rotisserie rod

Just give it a few wraps of butchers twine, I do butts like that after cleaning the heavy fat before cooking, makes a nice compact unit and will stay together.

We do it frequently for sliced. Coincidentally we did one last Sunday. Went like this:

Yes.

Spin it to 165 - 170 Rest It. Slice or Chop it.

It's Fantastic.

I will be marinating a Berkshire Pork Collar for Cubanos and was planning on rotissing it with my EZ-Que cradle. I'll get back to you on that.

Thanks a lot for your responses everyone!
