I'd actually like some close-ups of the design - looks well-thought-out.
 
Thanks y'all. Going to use it and the PBC to cook local competitions this year. Last serious year competing was 2014. Think I'll stay relatively local this year. I know I'll enjoy the portability.
 
Love it! Congrats! Sweet color choice also. Can't wait for the pron. I'm seriously considering a Gateway or a Hunsaker even though I don't need it. :becky:
 
Yeah, if i had the extra $$$, I'd get a Gateway to compete with my PBC too. You should be able to do all 4 meats on those cookers. Have to admit, as the kids say, I'm very jelly!! Good luck with your new drum smokers in the comps! Lots of winning teams are using them so there's gotta be something there :wink:
 
Most of the cooks around here are IBCA. Brisket, Ribs and Chicken only most of the time. Pork butt is being included more and more though. Going to see if I can make it fun again.
 
Augh... Making me want a new cooker for portability... Must resist.

let me know how bad this thing blows the pbc away, or if it blows it away at all. I have been back and forth between another pbc, gateway or hunsaker
