Full Fledged Farker
I jumped into the world of Kamado cooking about a month ago with a medium big green egg I stole from craigslist. I told myself I would play with the medium for at least a year before upgrading. Well..... that lasted maybe 4 weeks.
I loved my egg and was cooking on it 3 or 4 times a week, but definitely was pining for more cooking area. A Kamado Joe classic came up for sale in my area and was too good of a deal to pass up, especially since so many guys at work were eager to buy my egg.
I picked it up last night, but had to wait for help from a cousin to lug it onto my deck before I could fire it up. But shes there now, and currently an hour and a half into some ribs.
