Mac and Cheese Prep.

Looks good. I have had luck with just about every recipe I have ever tried making ahead putting in foil pan then heating up in oven. I have also heated up in crockpot when the oven isn't available.

That recipe looks good though. Might add to the try list
 
Camping Friday so the night before going to make some mac and cheese and came across this below. Looks like it will hold up.

I saw a similar one that omitted the eggs and cornstarch (binders), by not using a lot of water to cook the pasta. Less Water = More Starch to bind with the evaporated milk.

The verdict: Compared to the mac and cheese I make, it's not in the same league. It did, however, only take 15 minutes to make (and 3 pots/bowls), as opposed to the 105 minutes (and 6 pots/bowls) it normally takes.

Still better than KBB ( raft Blue Box)
