My Name is Joe Batterton and I am from Yellville Arkansas. I have been smoking meat for about 35 years for friends and family. I am starting to do some catering now and have went from a brinkman smoker to a big fella made from a 500 gal propane tank. I love pork and smoke!!! I look forward to learning from everyone!
