Pouring rain again. WGA repositioning to front porch for some onion pepper roasting. A drizzle of olive oil a sprinkle of Albukirky green chile rub and smoke.

Me: would you like Red Chili, Stacked Enchiladas or Stew??
Bride: Stew

So I added beans to the Red Chili and called it Stew. I'll top with roasted green chile and smoked Gouda.

Served Christmas- these double roasted Chile were hot- like sweating toes hot. Outstanding.

Sometimes you have to use another tool in the tool box, good to have when needed. I hope there are leftovers because I'm good for two bowls :grin:
