Got a new to me trailer Q. Have questions

Hey Brethren! I got a new Q this weekend. I am looking to fond out a few things.
First- Does anyone know who might of owned this a few years ago in Austin Texas?

Second- There are two chimneys on this side by side. One is at the top of the chamber one is a few inches lower. The higher stack is also small in diameter. What is the purpose of this?

My PCC offset has two smokestacks as well. If you run with the lower stack open' it forces the heat to go lower in the chamber before it exits. If you run with the only the top stack open, then you can run a little cooler at grate level. At least theoretically.

On mine, both stacks are the same diameter. Yours are different sizes, so Im not totally sure if it was done for the same purpose.
