Brisket on PBC

Bought a 10 lb whole packer from Walmart. While in the spice isle I struck up a conversation with a guy who was also buying a brisket. He said that he orders Fiesta brand brisket rub off of amazon. While at the local butcher shop, there was a container of that rub on the counter so I thought I would give it a try.

I trimmed the brisket last night and applied the rub....at noon I fired up the PBC and hung the brisket....At 3:30 the brisket was at 165 and wrapped. At 4:30 the temp was at 205 so I removed and let rest for an hour.

The results were probably the best brisket that I have cooked so far:

That was a nice and fast cook. Great job.
