We got some money for brisket on our first cook with our new brisket cooker! Score! We had a great time, even if the weather didn't feel very southern. Solid way to kick off the season.

Thanks to all who came out for the Festivus! Tim Sills of Smelly Butts was GC, will try and post all the results later. Had 37 teams at final count for a first year comp from 7 different states. Nice to see guys from KCBS and MBN cooking an IBCA event.
