I've got a bunch of Bone In Chicken Breasts and I want to cook them up on my Big Green Egg tonight. I've done them a couple of times before but looking for some advice.

1. What temp?
2. Direct or Indirect?

Also, I use lump charcoal. When should I add the hickory or wood chunks? Can I throw the meat on as soon as I add the wood chunks or do I need to let it burn off a little?

Thanks.

Sorry I don't own an egg. But I'm sure the eggheads will chime in soon. Good luck and post pics. I've never cooked bone in breasts. Good luck.
