Made Chicken boobs last night..... mcormick(?) zesty herb marinade and smoked em for about 30 minutes, then dunked them in dreamland and layed them on a real hot grill for a minute or 2 each side, kept sloppin loads of dreamland on them.

I put some dreamland in a gravy bowl and heated it up. Served it on top of the chicken as i made the plates.

HOLY SHEET!!!! Had a few friends here with the family. On first bite, everyone became ravenous!! The friggin sounds coming out of everyone when the were eating was why we do this stuff... Moans, gobbles, gulps, grunts, stomping feet.. you name it... Makes standin in the rain tending a fire all worth it.

Never tried Dreamland Sauce?? Go to our link section!!! Bill gets credit for bring it t the group!.

I did the same thing on my Chicken Weekend thing I did a few weeks back. Poured some Dreamland into a couple of dipping bowls, nuked 'em for about 30 seconds and dipped the chicken. Friggin' awesome stuff! That pretty much emptied the bottle.

Slicing a poin loin paper thin tonight. Had Blues Hog rub on it when smoked.

Will be going into a vat of Dreamland in approx 7.5 hours from now, slurpping it down 20 minutes after that.

We just finished this stuff an hour ago.

Pork loin smoked the way in the recipe section.

Thrown in fridge on Sunday.

Hardens up, super easy to slice paper thin with electric knife when cold.

Heated on low in a pan.

After warm, throw in some Dreamland.

Best pork sandwiches around
