My time alone is coming to an end today. Great music, no TV- even found time to cook lunch. You know, we've got food at home.

The Receipt

1# ground brisket- browned
Half pound cubed smoked brisket
1 can Rotel tomato/green Chile
6 ounces tomato sauce
3 Tablespoon Chili Powder
Dash of fine salt
Several dashes coarse Black pepper
1 cup water +- as needed
Two tablespoons Grits
1 can black beans
2 shots of Tequila. One for the pot, one for the cook(credit cowgirl)
Fritos and cheddar
