is One Chatty Farker
Going full-on old school for last night's dinner. From homemade butter to the sourdough. Something about a great sandwich that hits just right.
Threw some heavy cream into a mason jar and got to shaking.
Rinsed, salted and mashed into shape.
Meanwhile, I started my sourdough on Saturday morning. Did my stretch and folds a couple of times before throwing it into the fridge for an overnight proof.
Then for dinner, it was assembly time. Mortadella, Spicy Capicola, Havarti cheese, horseradish mayo, red onions and romaine lettuce. A feast fit for a sandwich lover.
