Looks likes Phubar is busy so I'm gonna start this one.

Daughter requested a brisket for a potluck at her school and just so happened that I mentioned buying a couple of cheap one this week. So I'll be smoking a brisket tomorrow.

Mebbe a touch of tequila to go with 'em.

Tomorrow, lephtovers, spatcocked chicken.
Sunday, I'm thinking oph trying some Texas Red.

Legs are hurting, might just do some 0-400 chicken thighs today and then eat outta the freezer tomorrow. See how I’m moving come Sunday.

Today was busy in the kitchen.
Went through the pantry, tossed the old stuph and organized.
Made some biscuits and then a batch oph meatballs, both phor the phreezer.

Just pulled some strip steaks out for tomorrow, Sunday is TBD.

I got a 10# pork butt on the pellet smoker. Will shred for tacos tomorrow.

Just ate some apple habanero ribs off the Santa Maria. Wish I had seared them off more at the end but my coals were low, my legs were hurting, and I was hungry. Nice and tasty though
