Just depends on what I am cooking. I like my brisket smoked and my ribeyes grilled. The list could go on but those are two prime examples.

Why not grill over a wood fire?

Not sure if it's "poll worthy" - but it could be fun... not likely to break out in bloodshed.

To me- it very much depends on what's being cooked.

Take chicken: grilled>fried>smoked.
