Hola Brethern!
Been a while since I've been on but I am in need of inspiration!
My boy just turned 18 and I'm taking him and a few of his knucklehead south to the gulf for a week. I am bringing my Comal and thought we would do something fun since its a group of his six best friends. Fresh seafood is readily available (my preference) but the boys will eat anything. We have a park grill and a weber kettle where we are staying.
looking for some recipes and ideas for the comal.
