I have been reading complaints about KCBS table judges for 25 years. It is time something is done to address the issue. I suggest that the KCBS using artificial intelligence to determine the appearance scores, computer programmed analysis for determining taste scores and mechanics for determining tenderness. All entries will be judged by the same equipment so there will be no table of angels or the dreaded table of death. No more doggie bags either. Of course this will take several years for these judges and their programs to be built and running properly, but it will lead to more consistent judging in the future.
